I provide a free consultation which includes a health screening questionnaire to include:-

  • Blood Pressure monitoring
  • Resting Heart Rate
  • Body Composition
  • Medical Referral if required
  • Your goals and targets for the short and long-term
  • A specific one to one programme to help you achieve your aspirations
     

This is a starting point, a reference for a later to show you the improvements you have made !  I will provide the motivation and enthusiasm to help you achieve your goals.
